Tasting Note: Created from a single vineyard site in the heart of the Bendigo sub region, this wine speaks with great eloquence of its origins. Very high quality fruit with excellent ripeness. On the nose - a dense core of boysenberries, charred oak, notes of star anise, goji berry and cinnamon. On the palate - bold yet pliable tannins, fruit compote, cigar smoke, with a muscular structure and firm mineral core.
